breakfast: 1 cup of oatmeal

lunch: half of a salad

snack: celery

2nd lunch: 1 ham, cheese and lettuce sandwich on whole wheat bread and honey mustard w/ baby carrots

about to: do some abs, pushups and run

my body image and self confidence has gotten so unbelievably low i don’t know where it all began.  i constantly feel fat and ugly and absolutely disgusting, i don’t know how to rid this negativity.
